What makes Cedar Point special: its location on the lake, its history, scenery, management attitude and performance, the great selection of rides, firsts (such as coasters over 200, 300, 400 feet, etc.), the park's size.

My family visited CP, BGE, WDW, Universal & IOA, Dollywood and Hersheypark this year. We liked them all. Even though the weather at CP was the worst (cold and rainy), the whole family cannot wait to go back. It was everybody's favorite park. From coasters to kid's rides, no one ever ran out of things to do. The views of the lake are spectacular - especially from 300 - 400 feet. The park is well maintained. It is very convenient.

Just the fact that we could camp next to the resort entrance, eat all of our meals at our campsite and return to the park in five minutes made Cedar Point so much more enjoyable than any other park that we visited. It is a special place.

I have not yet been but am looking forward to it. The reason I really want to go is because of the roller coasters. I am a junky and can't wait to ride the coasters at this park!
