From Melissa FaulknerUMMM, No. Dolly isn't the sole owner of Dollywood. Herschend Family Entertainment Corporation co-owns it. So Dolly couldn't sell if she wanted to. I really don't think Herschend will sell anytime soon let alone to a foreign corporation.
