I LOVE SIX FLAGS GREAT ADVENTURESSix Flags Great Adventure: this is the best park ever, also r Nitro's G forces to strong before the midway brakes?
From George Abagis
Ok i know some people hat Six Flags Great Adventures but i went on Wednesday and loved it SO much. The only problem was that El Toro wasn't running, i tried the test seat anyway in case it opened and i fit with about a good 3 or 4 inches to spare on the seat belt. The park i very beautiful and the best part was the longest line i waited in was for King Da Ka and it was about 60 min even though they said 120 min. i think they say it's longest than it really is so people get flash pass. Nitro had about a 40 min line at the most not even that. i got on everything and i even liked the Great American Scream Machine i went on it 7 times LOL. I also liked Medusa i went on that 3 times, it's a long fun ride with only a 10 min wait. I went on Nitro 3 times and the last time i got the front. I went on Super Man once it had a 40 min wait, it was to slow. Rolling Thunder 3 times onces on the left and two times on the right cuz the right had a shorter line, left is better though. Skull Mountain was a 30 min wait but it was SO BORING. Bat Man was a 40 min wait, it's an ok ride. I also ,liked Runaway Mine Train, it was a bit ruff and sudden. Kind Da Ka is a fast ride i even got an upset belly cuz i got so worked up about it. Posted August 1, 2008 at 10:34 PM But one thing that bothered me was that on Nitro

Glad you enjoyed your trip, I love SFGradv too, its an awesome park. The waits were about that long the day I went too, but I had a flash pass gold. I cant believe you didnt like SUF, I love that ride, I found myself getting very addicted to it actually. Much better than Nighthawk at Carowinds. B&M just rocks. Nitro was fun too, but I think the edge has to go to APollos Chariot. I never experienced what you guys did on Nitro, weird. Did you ride Dark Knight? Posted August 2, 2008 at 4:21 AM

Well, George, I'm glad you had fun, but that makes me even more jealous. It's even worse that my friend is there right now! What sucks for him, though, is that it's a sunny Saturday (the forcast says it will rain, though), and he says he won't buy a flash pass. I'd say at least a normal one!Posted August 2, 2008 at 8:16 AM

Well I hope he gets one or he will only get on 2 or 3 rides. Posted August 2, 2008 at 10:15 AM

Hey, George, I talked to my friend when he got back, and he said (suprisingly enough) that kingda ka only had about a half an hour wait and he got on it once. He rode that, El toro, Nitro, Batman the ride, Medusa, Superman ultimate flight, GASM, and maybe skull mountain, I forget. Yup, it suprised me too. Posted August 2, 2008 at 7:24 PM

I was there the same day and rode Nitro about 6 times; every time when we hit that tight turn toward then end before hitting the last 3 hills I felt a little lightheaded from the g force; my 7 yr old son was fine with it.Posted August 4, 2008 at 2:13 PM
