Busch Gardens - Meal Plan - Is it worth it?

Busch Gardens Tampa: Thirty bucks a day?

We have a family of 5 and are planning on going to Busch Gardens next month. We are wondering if the $29.95 meal plan is worth it? As we are big ride buffs we do not plan on eating heavy that day. Also wondering if we can use the wrist bands at the vendors.

While I don't know exactly what you get for your $29.95, I would not think it was worth it. The food at Busch Gardens is reasonably priced, and you will probably save a few bucks by ordering a-la-carte versus the meal plan. Some of the portions are so large, you may be able to split meals, which could save you even more money. We have never considered getting the wrist band.

Thank you - We have decided to not purchase the wrist bands. I also do not think we would get our money out of it.
