From Drew PetzoldActually, weather has a big part in how the crowds will be. However, I have found over the past few years that crowds in general were lighter on the holiday itself when compared to the Saturday or Sunday. Presumably, this may be because adults usually have to go to work and the kids to school the following day.

From Jason JacksonThe actual holiday should be a great day. The crowds are usually lighter and the park is open until 8:00 p.m. The Frankie Avalon concerts are the Saturday and Sunday before, so it should be relatively quiet.

By the way, has anyone heard the rumor about Big Bad Wolf being removed to make room for a walkway to a new land? Screamscape (6-1-2009 Update) had something on it. I would be very upset if BBW was removed. It is an excellent family coaster.
