Cedar Fair Platinum Pass Perks?

Kings Island: Can you receive the CF platinum pass perks (for that park) at a different park than the one you purchased the pass at?

With Ceder Fair parks they offer the platinum passes which get you into other CF parks. I was just wondering if the "Perks" that come along with the platinum pass at each individual park are accessible with a pass from another CF park.
Example: Purchase Kings Island Platinum pass and you get in 30 minuets early. If I go to WOF, can I use it for their $7.99 all you can eat perk for that park's platinum pass? Or say for Parking.

I have just this week moved to Fort Wayne IN and am wanting to take advantage to visit the parks around here since it is quite a bit shorter drive.
