Universal Orlando on ThanksgivingUniversal Orlando: Opinions of expected visit experience for Universal Orlando on Thanksgiving Day
From Jason Vervlied
We are looking to visit Universal Orlando (hopefully both parks) on Thanksgiving Day. Just wondering what the experience will be like? We are assuming to see a very very light crowd there and to have a great time with little to no lines.Posted October 26, 2009 at 2:09 PM Is this a good assumption or are there too many people like us out there

Never assume, and you know why don't you ;)Posted October 26, 2009 at 2:43 PM When I moved over I made the same assumption about Chrstmas day. I was very very wrong. I went to Disney and it was PACKED. Its the same for Thanksgiving. You think people will stay in for a family event, but no. Families travel to visit other family members and hit parks instead, and the restaurants get filled up pretty quickly. So good luck, I"m sure you'll still have fun though :)

Two Words: Express Pass. Highly neccessary and highly worth the money!Posted October 26, 2009 at 3:09 PM Also, Harry Potter World is under construction, so you will find some construction in your way in IOA and Dueling Dragons could close at anytime.

Thanks guys that's why I checked here. I will probably do the Fast Pass thing. I have Annual Passes so it won't hurt so much. Was just hoping since i get a free day off at work that we would have an easy time at the park.Posted October 28, 2009 at 6:07 AM
