Press release from Alton Towers themselves state:
Alton Towers may have age restrictions on the ride. The release also stated that the park is considering limiting passengers to one ride per day and requiring a waiver of liability to ride.

these rules really seem like crap like me. There is no way a coaster looking like that can really be too extreme. I'll have to see it to believe it, but I still think it will be a nice addition.

them rules where over looked now you can go on it only if you are over 1.2 meters tall. you dont need anything else
