Heading to Busch Gardens Williamsburg for the first time

Busch Gardens Williamsburg: GOing to the park for the first time and know nothing about it. Need advice on what to see and do with only one day. Also need to keep in mind that I am plus size.

I am going to Busch Gardens Williamsburg for the first time on Saturday. I will be a chaperon with a group of teens, but I am still young and want to have fun. I know nothing about this park. We will only be there Saturday, so what are the must see and do attractions, rides and shows?
Also, will the fact that I am plus size be a problem for the roller coasters?

Don't be afraid of being a plus size. The rides that may not fit for you have a seat that you can use to see if you can ride it. I have no "must see" suggestions because to be honest EVERYTHING there is a must see and do! Go, relax, have patience and have fun!

In no particular order:
Apollo's Chariot (any row)
Griffon (front row)
Alpengeist (front row)
Smokehouse
New show in Ireland (I'm guessing - I haven't seen it yet, but it replaces the best show ever.)
Have fun!
