How do I make a reservation for Backstage at Believe???

I followed the link in the Sea World 4 hour tour and did not fond the option.

How much does this buffet cost?

Is it possible to see Believe at noon without taking the Backstage at Believe buffet?

Well, according to the website, you go backstage behind the Dolphin Stadium AND the Whale Stadium, but I am thinking the Believe Buffet and Backstage Tour could be gone, especially after what happened recently with the trainer.
