New Festhaus facade permanent ?Busch Gardens Williamsburg: I see they've made the Festhaus look different.

I see they've made the Festhaus look different. Can someone please tell me whether this is a permanent change? I SO miss the classy looking old facade with the huge stained-glass eagle. Especially at night when it was lit from behind. Thanks.Posted July 16, 2010 at 12:17 AM

Can you provide a link to the new facade? I did a GIS and didn't see anything different. Posted July 17, 2010 at 9:35 PM

The facade at the Festhaus is just for the IllumiNight Show Clocktoberfest which runs through August 22nd. The old facade is safely behind the big clock. The review by Russell on the main page shows a picture of it. Posted July 18, 2010 at 10:08 AM

Doh. Thanks for pointing that out. I quit reading the front page months ago when it became nothing but a continuous series of that "theme park apprentice" or "theme park march madness" nonsense. Posted July 18, 2010 at 2:45 PM

Thanks Jason for your response. I just breathed a huge sigh of relief at your answer ;)Posted July 19, 2010 at 8:05 PM

steve, I kind of feel the same way about the main page. I used to be excited when I got my reminder to come read the latest, but I have no interest in all that apprentice stuff.Posted July 19, 2010 at 9:15 PM If I had my druthers, they'd put that in some other special apprentice forum, and just add links. But that would probably not serve the purpose, and it's not my site, and I'm not paying, so it's all good.
