Kings Island: best days to go to king Island the last weekend September

I am going to be in Cincinnati on business for the last two weeks of September. So I will be there the weekend of the September 25th. I was thinking of going to Kings Island Sunday. Would that Friday or Saturday be good as a second day to go to the park or would it be crowded. Thanks for any in put you have.

That is the first weekend for Halloween Haunt. The park is open that Friday and Saturday from 7pm to 1am, which means that it will likely be busy. Plan to wait in line some if you go those evening. Not to discourage you at all, because it's a pretty good Halloween event and Kings Island has several rides that are much better in the evening anyway.

It should be noted that on subsequent weekends, the park will be open all day Saturday and Sunday with Halloween activities for the kids. The Halloween Haunt hours are in the evening on Fridays and Saturdays,

If you were to stick around on Sunday the 26th, the park is open from 12 to 8. The crowds will be lighter on that day.
