Not in regards to WWOHP- but my family and I went to IOA and Universal last march and it was pretty busy. I must add that it was #2 or 3 college spring break week of the year though. I would avoid 13th-19th week and suggest the the first week of March. My strongest advise for WWOHP is to stay on site or a sister site and take FULL advantage of that extra early hour and do everything you want to do before lunch. After that it's unbearable! (or it was in September)

Get there in the morning before it opens, as soon as you're through the gate head straight back into wizarding world. Do everything in there including any shopping and then worry about the rest of the park. Seriously, if september and early november were any indication of the new slow then potter being at or near capacity is going to be a usual occurance during spring break season.

Remember, Saturday nights in March are usually Mardi Gras nights at Universal Studios with a well known live music act.

The last 2 weeks of March are local spring breaks for the different counties here. so keep that in mind also.

I just found out that Mardi Gras Saturdays at USO go from February 12 to April 23. Don't know if any Fridays or Sundays are also included and haven't heard about acts. Blondie and Joan Jett are playing at Busch Tampa in February so maybe they'll do USO also.
