Sure it will be busy, but splurge for a Flashpass and you'll be able to ride most of the best rides (coasters) without issue.
FYI, for those going in April, the new Texas Giant (opening April 22nd) is not a Flashpass attraction (yet) so queue up for it early!
I'm curious how it was. I know that the carnival and other events here at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo PLUS the opening to the Final Four events (it's in Houston this year) really picked up. . . traffic was nuts this past week when I left work.
I'd like to visit Six Flags Over Texas sometime around then, since it's close to my birthday.
