About FastPasses and Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin
Disneyland: I just learned something very interesting and very pleasing about the Roger Rabbit ride today.
You know how whenever you get a FastPass ticket for a major attraction, you can't get yourself another FP for any other ride for about an hour or so? Well, I found out that the FastPasses for Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin can actually be given at any time. As in you don't even have to wait until a designated time for you to get a FP for that ride. You can just get it whenever you wish. I first learned about it this morning when I was in the line at the main entrance and I overheard these two teenager guys who brought that up. I took their word of advice and tried it out about an hour later, and much to my surprise, they were totally right!
It was a pretty busy day today (it's college spring break this week. Go fig.), and I had already got an early evening FastPass for Space Mountain this morning. So I found this coincidence to very useful for part of my day, especially since Roger Rabbit is one of my absolute favorite rides at Disneyland. I really don't know why that ride allows FastPasses for any time, even for guests who have already got FPs a quick while ago, but I really like that.
So yeah, I would totally recommend this FastPass strategy.

There used to be other attractions that weren't on the FP system, but I think the other holes have been plugged. Maybe someone knows more on this, as my Google-Fu yields nothing.
I must say that I am unfamiliar with this.
I will say you used to get a free fastpass for Honey I Shrunk the Audience.
I wonder if this attraction might have been temporarily disconnected from the rest of the fastpass network. I'll try this on my next visit to see if if still works.
