Near Tampa, worth visiting Busch Gardens?
Busch Gardens Tampa: Staying in Clearwater and thinking about making a side trip.
Hi we are flying to Florida in September, we've booked a few nights in Clearwater and realized that Bush Gardens is not far away from there. Last year we went to Disneyland parks, Universal and Islands of Adventure. i have 2 questions
1) we are staying 4 days in clear water, is it worth to sacrify 1 day for visiting Bush Gardens?
2) If the answer is yes, what are the must go or see attractions ? including rollercoaster shows ..and others?
I'd say its absolutely worth visiting. Must do's are probably Sheikra, Montu, and Kumba as far as coasters go. They also have a full zoo as well. If you like roller coasters and you like zoos, then Busch Gardens Tampa is certainly worth a day trip.

Other must dos are Congo River Rapids, the skyride and Cheetah Hunt. And make sure you either eat in the Stanlyville Smoke House or the Crown Colony House (upstairs). I also like Gwazi the wooden coaster there, although it can be a bit rough.
thanks for your replies, i will really consider going to Bush Gardens
Yes it totally is they just opened a new animal care center in January so you can help with the animals or just watch them take care of them. I really love montu sheikra and cheetah hunt My favorite water ride is Tanganiyaka tidal wave
