Short Stay

Hello, new poster here... heading down to FL end of June... hoping to visit Universal-- have two boys 14&16-- can we do the entire park in one day? or is two days suggested.
Many thanks

If you stay on site you can do both park's highlight rides in a day, but then you would lose the ambiance of the visit. To really enjoy the parks, you should do at least one day at each. Late June brings larger crowds, so it would be problematic to do all the rides in one day if you are staying off site. Keep in mind that Harry Potter & the Forbidden Journey gets huge crowds, so if you are not staying on site to get early admission for hotel guests, Harry Potter Hogsmeade Village & Forbidden Journey will take a large bite out of your time.

Yeah I would suggest taking two days. One for Islands of Adventure and one for Universal Studios. It's tough to fit everything in on one day especially during the busy season. If you haven't booked a hotel yet, you should look into staying on-site to take advantage of the early access to IOA and the Universal Express passes to jump in front of most of the lines. If the on-site hotels are to expensive, you can also look into staying at a Universal Partner hotel and recieve the early access to IOA if you book through Universal. Also, the partner hotels offer a shuttle to and from the parks at no cost. Hope this helps!
Two days minimum both parks are great and if the onsite hotels are two pricy try the Doubletree its within easy walking distance and its a decent hotel but do get tickets that allow you to hop parks because they are so close to one another its handy to have that choice
