Although I have been many times to Disneyland, Disney World and Disneyland Paris, it is my first time with small children.
So I would like some advice on a game plan for visiting both parks with young children. What fast passes should I take first? Which land should we go early and which should we go later during the day? Where to eat with children? We want to go to the big attractions such Star Tours, Indiana Jones, Tower of Terror and the roller coasters, BUT our PRIORITY on this trip will be the children.
I will be there for 3 days, and I plan to visit one park on Friday, the other on Saturday, and on Sunday do what I missed in both parks. Which one should I go on Friday, Disneyland or DCA?

From J CFor fastpass's it just depends on what ride you want to ride the most(can't help you there). I will say set a block of time to set the kids free @ the Disney's California Adventure Wilderness Explorer area or Disneyland's Pirates Lair. Both these have a lot for kids to do and you can kick back and rest while they wear themselves out! Kid's with less energy = better behaved in the long lines

From David L.I haven't been to the resort yet, but I'd imagine that fast passes for Racers would be first(use the child swap) and then rides on Luigi's and Mater's. From there, I think you can just wander around catching fast passes and riding rides. There might be some way you can drop off your kids at a day care type place (I know the Disney hotels have them) in the evening so you can ride the more thrilling rides. Have a great trip!

From Jay R.You really want to try & get the fast passes for RSR as soon as the park opens. I think they also have the parental swap option as well.

OR you can go DIRECTLY to RSR when the park opens, that means rushing past everything. Although there might be a wait, it still will most likely be the smallest line of the day.
