Universal Orlando: International Food Festival going sooner rather than later?

With fixed construction walls already assembled around areas of the waterfront near the Simpsons area of Universal Studios Florida and all the non-fixed tables removed from a closed International Food Festival on its patio and kitchen equipment removed from the Ice Cream station is the demo of this building and the start of Springfield starting sooner rather than later.
