HFR Film in Theme Parks?I just saw "The Hobbit" in HFR 3D, and it got me thinking about something.
From Jorge Arnoldson
"The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey", and its two upcoming sequels, have been/will be made at 48 frames per second. This got me thinking about something: do theme parks already have attractions with elements shot in a high frame rate? Are there any planned for the future?Posted December 17, 2012 at 12:42 AM

Star Tours is 48 FPS and King Kong 360 (done by Peter Jackson no less!) is in 60 FPS.Posted December 17, 2012 at 7:14 AM
From Anthony Murphy
The one thing I had a problem with the Hobbit is if I moved my head sideways, the 3D got blurry. Maybe its just me, but if you are on a moving ride, I would see that as a probelm.Posted December 17, 2012 at 9:39 PM
