What's new in Orlando since last April 2012

So I am returning for my 8th spring break field trip with 44 grade 8 students. We go EVERYWHERE and this year we added Clearwater Beach. So what's changed?

Our grade 8 school group from Calgary is very lucky and very fortunate to go to: KSC, SW, Busch G., Discovery Cove, IOA, US, WDW (HS, MK, EC, AK, DTD), a Magic BBall game, air boating, Medieval Times, and various educational classes (YES), lunch with an astronaut, SW animal hospital and Serengeti Safari. Not too mention a character lunch, and other yummy places (Sweet Tomatoes, Crystal Palace and Dixie Crossroads Seafood restaurant). What I need help with is what is new since April 2012 at the parks and places I mentioned above? AND what other changes should we be aware of? Ie.) Xpasses, ...? Your comments are very much appreciated. Thanks, Scott

New Fantasyland
Despicable Me
Test Track 2.0
Antarctica
The Legend of Captain Jack Sparrow

You'll be missing Transformers and Springfield by a month or two.

Jealous non-eighth grader here too!!!! Seriously, regarding SeaWorld -- the scheduled date for the opening of Antarctica is "Spring 2013", so it may or may not be ready by the time you're there. If it is, plan on some wait times, as it will be new. Also, don't know if you were there in time for TurtleTrek's opening in Spring 2012, but it's another must-see, regardless. Enjoy your awesome trip!!
