Travel Agent or WDW Agent? Which is better?

Walt Disney World: I need help with deciding to go with a travel agent or not and if so, which one?

I have been looking to book our WDW vacation at the end of April and I got a price from the WDW site and a couple from travel agents and they are all the same. I think the benefit to going with an agent is that they bascailly can plan your whole vacation for you for FREE. Are there any negatives to going with a travel agent? Are there any specific agents to avoid or are there any that are better than others? I got quotes from Kingdom Magic Vacations and from Dreams Unlimited Travel so far.
Thanks!

I always use AAA when I go to Disney and Universal. They do almost everything for you. Our agent Marie, is very nice and helpful. All reservations and tickets are all organized and explained with great detail. She also helps to find the lowest deals with hotels, flights, rentals, etc. she makes every thing so much easier. We tell her what we want and she comes through every time.
