Coasting For Kids 2013 Update!Still time to help out, and I'll be moving around a LOT more this year!
From Mike GallagherWell, I'm now less than three weeks out from participating in my third Coasting For Kids event, raising money to benefit a wonderful organization called Give Kids The World. They provide lodging, meals and other amenities to severely ill children visiting Florida parks under the auspices of organizations like Make-A-Wish.

I'll be participating in the event on June 9 at Dorney Park in PA. The last two years, we've had an all-day marathon on Steel Force. This year they're mixing it up a little. We'll have a half-hour on Stinger, two hours on Steel Force, 90 minutes on Talon (mmmm!) and 90 on Hydra. Those rides will be sandwiched around a lunch (I know, BAD pun!)
My fund-raising goal is $1000. I'm sitting at $950. As mentioned before in other threads, several TPIers have helped me out in the past. If you'd like to do so, there's still time and room on my train. Here's the link, and thanks for your interest and for reading!
