Universal Studio in Beijing?

Universal Studios has been eyeing a piece of the cultural tourism pie in China for almost a decade. The time is ripe to re-evaulate its position in China. I understand an application has been make to the Chinese government for a mega Universal Studio theme park in Beijing. Can anyone confirm this? ..Universal studio have been silence on this...
First time I'm hearing this. Would be neat though.
The whole mega park idea might happen in orlando with Harry Potter, the Simpsions, and possibly Lord of the Rings along the way.
PS: Ive heard with the Hogwarts express, USF and IOA will become 1 park.
That better not happen
It'll come around just as soon as they finish Universal Studios Dubailand...
