Gold Striker at California's Great America ?
Any info on when Gold Striker will be open to the public ?
Gold Striker is the new wooden coaster at California's Great America.
It has been advertised as opening "Spring 2013", and media was permitted to ride in early May.
Has anyone seen or heard any info on when it will actually be open to the public ?
In case anyone else cares: We ended up going to Great America yesterday (Saturday, 6/1) and it turned out to be the Grand Opening day for Gold Striker.
Very lucky for my wife and others who wanted to ride, and she said it was great!!
