2-park Express Pass - Universal Studio OrlandoUniversal Orlando: Can you do both parks in one day?
From Eric Siew
Our family will be visiting Universal Studio (Orlando)in the middle of August 2013 If we purchase the Express Pass to visit the 2 parks, can it be done in 1 day? Is the time too short to experience on all the rides? Posted January 7, 2013 at 1:28 PM

Yes, with Express you can get everything at both parks done in a day. This will especially help you with Transformers.Posted January 7, 2013 at 1:48 PM

Yes, you can do both parks easily in one day. Just hit Rip Ride Rock it first, as it does not allow you to use Express Pass yet. ( unless it has changed since last year.) Or I would probably get to Harry Potter first thing. It stays crowded. Posted March 16, 2013 at 11:48 AM

Hitting Rockit first would be ideal. While they both have single rider, FJ's actually moves where HRRR's is just as long as standby.Posted March 16, 2013 at 1:22 PM

It's not recommended, but it's certainly doable. While neither park is really a "full day" park, there's a lot of theming and atmosphere that you'll have to fly past as you rush from attraction to attraction. Posted March 16, 2013 at 5:35 PM

If you're there from when both parks open, to when both close, and if its low crowds, then it's very possible. Make sure to check which park is open later too. On the day that I went when we did both, Islands of Adventure was open later. We started with Islands of Adventure, did the Studios, then went back to Islands of Adventure again at night.Posted March 16, 2013 at 7:45 PM The only major attractions that we wanted to do, but didn't have time for, were E.T. Adventure, Despicable Me and Universal's Horror Make-Up Show. We did every major attraction at Islands of Adventure, except for the two Toon Lagoon water rides (didn't want to get soaked). And one more thing... SINGLE RIDER IS YOUR FRIEND!!!! Have fun!

You can do this easily and have time for lunch and dinner.....Posted March 16, 2013 at 8:10 PM
