Hi everyone,

Basically I'm in my final year at university and decided to do my final paper/dissertation on the importance of customer service in the theme park industry, with a focus on the major theme park destinations as found in Central Florida.

I have to do some primary research as a part of my paper so thought what better place to gather it than here?

It would be great if you took them time to fill out the survey (Over 16's only please) it should only take a few minutes and I'd be really grateful.

Thanks,

I completed it, but you may want to put in a qualifier stating what "pester power" is. I assumed you were referring to peer pressure, but that phrase is unfamiliar.

Good luck with the paper.

Hi Steve,

Thanks for completing it, much appreciated.

Just to clear it up for anyone else who is going to fill it in pester power is basically pressure from anyone else which influences destination choice.

The prime example being children asking to go to a certain theme park. "I want to go to Disney" repeat x 1000!

I got all the data I needed, so thanks to everyone who completed the survey.

Once everything is handed-in and marked I'll be sure to write up my findings for TPI.
