Ride maintenance
Walt Disney World: Where does Disney get their ride maintenance staff
I have seen most parks advertise ride maintenance positions (especially universal lately) but have yet to see any for Disney world. Is their a different place they get ride maintenance staff or do they never need them?
They never need them. Disney's rides rarely break down and when they do, they repair themselves. They also clean, test, paint and maintain themselves. It's not called the MAGIC Kingdom for nothing. :)
Nice. hopefully everyone notes my sarcasm in them never needing maintenance.

Mike..... LMAO.
They are all recruited, hired, and trained from within the company. We use apprenticeship and other programs to train and find the right people for the jobs.
Its actually very hard to get into maintainance because when people do they stay with the company until they retire.
That's how it is at the park I work at. I have been their for 26 years. I just always found it odd that universal always have a job open but never saw one at Disney. that's great that they can fill all the positions from within.
