I'm constructing Water Park Apprentience 2, and this is the auditions page. This competition will sort of be like TPA 5 only you will be making separate rides like previous challenges.Anyone can participate if they want.

Audition Challenge- After Sea World Orlando renovated Penguin Encounter and Manatee Encounter, It's now time to Give Shark Encounter and upgrade! Here are some rules-

1.You must make a shark exhibit to go along with your entree. Make it big.

2. This can either be a boat ride, a water coaster, or a 3D or 4D show.
3. Try to make it unique and special from current rides at Sea World Orlando.
4.The top 13 entries will participate in Challenge 1.
Good Luc!

Hmm, I hope you have permission from Tim W, the original WPA founder, to do this.

I can tell you, as the winner of Water Park Apprentice and as a judge in TPA4 and TPA5, he doesn't have permission. Personally, I am not at all happy that he would have the audacity to try to hijack Tim's concept with an unapproved competition, especially at the start of a legitimate competition that Tim has been working hard on for months.

I am not speaking for Tim. I hardly have to. He is certainly capable of speaking for himself, and I suspect that he will do so soon. Speaking for myself only, the entire Theme Park Apprentice concept was Tim's. He conceived it, developed it for several years through several amazing competitions, and as far as I am concerned, Tim is the "Donald Trump" and owns the thing. Tyler has absolutely no right to attempt to steal this concept, and if he has any sort of personal integrity he will cancel it immediately, apologize to Tim and everyone in here for making a very bad decision, and never try anything like this again.

Okay, I wasn't trying to hurt or copyright anyone here, but I guess I'll cancel it....I liked the publicity of my old posts anyway. I just wanted to do this because we aren't getting that much praise on TPA5. I'll be joining Theme Park Review anyway.

Jim's right. Even when I had my little spin-off, Next Walt Disney, I first went to Tim and made sure that he was ok with me doing a similar game.

" I'll be joining Theme Park Review anyway."

I'm sure you'll be welcomed with open arms.

When I saw this thread I didn't know if he got permission from Tim or not, but you don't just make a sequel to someone elses idea without permission.

In any case, running both at the same time is a bad idea... TPA needs a lot of time as it is, doing both contests in the same week would be a killer.

Also this is Tim"s idea and you didn't ask him for usage of the name thats theft.

No, I will be still on this site. I will do both blogs as a reasonable soul option
