'Saving Mr. Banks' - When Will the Trailer Arrive?

Putting out a TPI APB for the 'Saving Mr. Banks'

One of the most enjoyable (and somewhat nerve wracking) parts about writing '7097-050719' (Book One in the Theme Park Trilogy) was composing a dramatic depiction of Mr. Walt Disney.

As a result, I am quite anxious to see Tom Hanks' portrayal of Mr. Disney in the upcoming film 'Saving Mr. Banks' Will he deliver dialogue in that deep rolling voice that was so signature in public? More importantly, how will he handle scenes where the character (man) felt frustration (even anger) with P.L. Travers? In addition (since the film is a Disney production) will the performance be true to reality -- meaning will Hanks include the signature "smoker's cough." This curiosity makes me wonder when we will see the first trailer for the film. There are three immediate possibilities: 'Monsters University,' Pixar's 'Planes',' and 'The Lone Ranger.'

Thoughts?

I don't when but with it coming out in December I would sau either with Lone Ranger, Thor, or even on YouTube before it goes into a theater. Why not planes and monsters university BEACUSE that isn't the age group for wich saving mr.banks is targeted for. And in pretty sure it will be a PG-13 movie.

I'd guess Lone Ranger seeing how it's not targeted towards kids. I can't wait to see it and it's definitely one of the Oscar season movies I'm looking foward to. It got good reviews from test screening, mostky praise fir Emma Thompson's role (Tom Hanks is a supporting role BTW)

I can't guess which movie, but I know it'll be out around the beginning of Oscar movie season (September-October-ish)

Anchorman 2 is another movie I'm looking foward to. Unfortunately after The Wolverine there's pretty much no movie until Oscar Season.

^^ Andrew, TH was asking about when the trailer will come out, not the release date of the actual movie.

Well if I'd guess it will hit on a Wednesday on YouTube in July or August.

Alright, The Wolf of Wall Street (Scorsese film, strong contender) and Diana recently released their first trailers, it shouldn't be long until Saving Mr Banks releases the first trailer.

Anchorman 2 trailer also dropped earlier too. Will debut in theaters with World War Z.

It could pair with the Steve Jobs biopic with Ashton Kutcher, in August

Andrew, I was referring to Oscar contenders. Anchorman won't be getting an Oscar nomination :P
