Need advice on a "kid friendly" place to watch Alabama/Auburn game at Disney World. I know it seems strange to some that we would put our vacation on hold to watch football, but we are diehard fans and so are my kids so it is a must for us!

It depends on the time but ESPN Club at the boardwalk is a good place to eat some burgers and watch the games.

We did the same thing last year for the Florida-South Carolina game, but be warned that ESPN Club reaches capacity. We were in line for almost the entire first half of the game before we could get a table (and if you know how the game went, we didn't have much of an appetite by the time we got our seats).

Now, that may have been an extra special case because Florida was playing but I wouldn't be surprised if Bama/Auburn wasn't equally packed.

I'm assuming you're an Alabama fan; if you're an Auburn fan I'd recommend watching the game in your hotel room, occasionally hiding under the covers.

You must be a Gamecock then ;)

All everybody is sating is true. You really should use those covers. Trust me, this game is not going to be pretty. I suggest the Texas A&M and Mizzou game :p.

ESPN Club....The End

If you have transportation off of Disney Grounds, I would highly recommend the Ale House just down the street. Excellent food and TVs all over the place.

How'd that work out?

I have ZERO interest in college football. Nil, nada, zip, nothing. But I happened to be in my sister's living room waiting for dinner, and I saw that ending. Oh. My. Lord.

Yeah...my predictions seem really bad. I saw that ending and I was like WOW!

Couldn't be happier after that ending. I'm sick of Alabama winning everything these past few years. War Eagle!

pretty much, anywhere is kid friendly. There are no places within any of the parks, but there is the ESPN Club at the Boardwalk. It does get packed, though. I know they play games on the TV at Tambu Lounge, Crew's Cup and the lounge at the Wilderness Lodge, but I don't know if the volume is up. There is also a place at ESPN Wide World of Sports that televises, but I don't know the hours, and you would have to either drive or take a bus there from DHS. Good luck!
