One of the things that keeps me from relaxing at a park is the constant fear that someone will get hungry or thirsty. With the all day meal pass, we could go by the soda fountain, get a drink, and head right back out into the park. The burgers are good, and if you're there all day, this is a great deal. And a bonus, adequate seating. - Mark Brockman While not gourmet, the Banana Beach Cookout offers a strong meal plan for repeat-eaters of the day. The barbecue-style buffet offers bread pudding, cole slaw, potato salad and beans as sides with hamburgers, hot dogs and barbecue chicken drumsticks fronting the main course side of the table. The buffet even includes a moderately sized toppings bar including lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and pickels--all of which are freshly supplied. All meals (both one-time and all day) include unlimited refills for Pepsi-branded soft drinks (though one-time visitors that have left the meal complex once may not return without paying again). Overall the quality of the food was best described as "theme park food." It was in no way gourmet, but for the price of an all day buffet, it was worth the money, as climbing the stairs of the Walhalla Wave and the Taumata Racer can surely build up an appetite! - Adam Roth
