Classic dark ride. This very attraction originated the name "Ghost Train". -- Last edited by Adam Crolla

This is actually quite a decent Ghost Train, look out for Cloggy, the guy who is apparently supposed to haunt it for real! The theming is also quite good, it;s not like those tacky ghost trains you get at fairgrounds, this is a truly special Ghost Train, it even has a dip half way through to keep the excitement up! 7/10 - jack briggs

This is simply the best old-fashioned classic Ghost Train on the planet Earth! Is it cheesy? Sure. Is it ancient and creaky? You bet! And is it fun? Well, does a bear relieve itself in the proverbial woods? I admit to being a big fan of old classic dark-rides, as well as the newer high-tech varieties. And, as such, I found myself in spook-heaven when I stepped aboard this venerable BPB classic. And classic it surely is. For, in fact, this is the very ride that coined the TERM "Ghost Train" to begin with. And the ride is both elaborate in its decidedly NON high-tech way, consistently entertaining, and surprisingly (and satisfyingly) LONG. It even includes a little coaster-like swoop/dip section midway through the ride. And the exterior of the attraction, much like its wonderful & much more expensive big brother Valhalla, is an impressive delight to behold -- surely the old-fashioned dark-ride to end 'em all. And I couldn't help feeling, as I gazed up at it delightedly, that I had somehow stepped back in time to turn-of-the-20th-Century Coney Island. And, come to think of it, that's how MOST of the Pleasure Beach makes me feel! Oh yes... But is it SCARY? Hey -- is the Pope JEWISH? - Paul Clemens

I aint a fan of ghost trains, i go to a theme park to go on good thrilling rides, however this one aint half bad, always get dragged on it by my mates. Not too scary that kids wouldn't like ti but scary enough to sometimes give you a little shock, moreover like the little dip in the middle, just a bit of fun! - Ben Dore
