Roller CoasterRoller coasterMinimum height to ride: 46 inches About Roller CoasterNo marketing mumbo-jumbo here. A straight-forward name for a 1912 wooden classic. Just a bit more info for you. It wasn't built in 1912, it was built after that from some parts of a coaster caled the 'velvet rollercoater' which was built in 1912. Also now it has seatbelts installed! -- Last edited by Ben Dore [Update this description | Read previous versions] Photos from Roller CoasterSafety
Readers' Opinions
The oldest standing woodie at BPB, this ride is well-maintained and provides a somewhat mild but fun jaunt in the open air, and, like The Big Dipper, gives you a nice tour around its corner of the park as you ride. And that station, too, is another visual bonus! - Paul Clemens I love this ride, it is smooth yet fairly fast and thrilling, it never has a long queue, and is good if you don't want to wait. It didn't used to have seatbelts in it, and that made the ride what it was, and it used to be w bit scary especially when you are ten and have no rstraints. However they have now installed seatbelts, i suppose it is a bit safer, and i thought it would ruin the ride, but it didnt and it was still the same ride i used and still love. - Ben Dore
