Land of the DragonsPlaygroundAbout Land of the DragonsBusch Gardens Tampa Bay’s Land of the Dragons is an interactive children’s play area. Hosted by Dumphrey the Dragon, the area features elements including a three-story tree house, activities involving a rope climb, ball crawl, an outdoor theater and various children’s rides. Land of the Dragons also offers a mini flume ride, ferris wheel and a dragon carousel within its one and a half acre area. This area will close after the 2009 season, to be replaced by a Sesame Street-themed play area. -- Last edited by Robert Niles [Update this description | Read previous versions] Photos from Land of the DragonsSafety
Readers' Opinions
It's a nice kiddie land. I loved this place when I was around 5. 8/10. It would be a 9 but it doesn't fit with the theme that well. - Nicholas Gammon Excellent area for the toddler/pre-schooler set. My 2yo loved being able to go on (almost) all the rides. - Amy Tupper This place is for a little one defenitly. It has all those place places and what not and a few little rides. I would do it while your leaving because it's close to the exit. - Katie G-Desjardins We ended the day here. We knew the kids would never want to leave. Lost the kids a couple of times. There is only one exit out of the area. - Erik Cobbs
