Open-pit barbeque chicken and ribs. With the opening of SheiKra, this restaurant was renamed Zambia Smokehouse.

The barbecue is awesome theme park food. I had the mixed plate with brisket, ribs, and chicken. The brisket is excellent. I highly recommend stopping here for a meal. - Carl Stovall
