Racing through the canals of Italy, carving a path as they go, are the infamous Roman Rapids.

To challenge these mighty waters is to challenge a part of this great and ancient empire itself -- and to get seriously soaked in the process.

Climb aboard this raft for six and you'll feel as if you've boarded a water chariot, racing along currents of white water.

Dodge drenching waterfalls, spin through twists and turns, and come out on the other side with a whole new definition of the words "Roman bath."

even my aunt rode it - Steven D

YOU GOT SOAKED!!! MAJORLY SOAKED! My friends and I were soaked to the bone. Its funny watching people scream and cry because they are getting wet though, especially when you are with strangers. By the way, if you want to go through the human dryer located near the Roman Rapids its 5 dollars. (Make sure you have 5 dollars exact because the park doesn't give you change unless you buy something.) - Bryce Verlinden

Great ride! Gets you soaked if the waterfalls are on. - Chase Gray

Not a very exciting ride (the log flume is much better) but good for family. This ride will leave you soaking. - r laufer

Good ride, especially on a hot day, but it doesn't have enough of a theme. - Andy Milio

The only place you get wet is on the triple waterfalls, if they are on. Otherwise, you must hope that someone PAYS 25 cents to spray you. The line is generally over an hour on a hot day, and the ride is too short. After the ride is over, you have to wait about two more minutes to get off. Possibly the worst rapids ride out there. - corbin byers

There is only one real reason to ride this ride...and that is to get wet and cool off. I rode it today as the second to last ride before I left the park for the day. Even though the waterfalls were off, I still got soaked. You can't ride this and not get wet. - Laura Daspit

This was an OK river rapids ride, but it didn't have many elements other than being right under Apollo's Chariot. it also has great scenery, but the ride itself was somewhat lacking. - Patrick Gorham
