Seven Carowinds employees were injured on a test run of the roller coaster Saturday evening when a seat position failure triggered an emergency stop. All were taken to a local hospital where they were treated and released. The park was not open to the public at the time.

To be more easy to understand, the seat locking mechinisim (what keeps you laid down) unlocked. All ride testers who went to hospital were discharged from the hosipital with minor bruses. -- Submitted by tenrten on 4/3/2007

Seat locking mechanism disengaged due to ride operator input on the control panel, which allowed the seats in the car to jostle and the waistbar to unlock. The ride computer recognized the fault and engaged the emergency brake at the base of a loop. The control panel has been altered so as to not allow a seat lock disengage while the ride is in motion. No further malfunctions have occurred as of this writing, and the ride is in current operation. -- Submitted by coalesce on 5/14/2007

At one of the turns, I tried to plunge it off the track. My car stoped, and the ride ooperator did not see. Another car crashed in to me, and also, stoped. Finally, the ride operator noticed, and ES the ride!
