Unverified ReportsNo Date Reported - Submitted by Name Withheld on 9/24/2004A women, agein her late 40's early 50's in the late 70's early 80's, injured her toe as she and her granddaughte(myself) was exiting a car, an attendant stopping the vehicles behide her, bumped the other vehicle into hers causing her to slip, and injure her toe and toe nail. She was treated in their First Aid office, and released. 24 yrs later, she still has a "dead" toe nail, which can be serious as she is a diabetic.
