About Rameses Revenge

One of the most popular rides in the park, and visual centrepiece of the Forbidden Kingdon, Rameses Revenge subjects riders to a wet and dizzying ride. A gondola of two rows is lifted into the air by two arms, and the gondala itself can swing freely unless locked. The arms rotate together to bring the gondola up and down, and their motion causes it to send riders head over heals, over and over. And then the nasty part: the gondola locks, and is gradually lowered towards water fountains shooting up towards riders faces... and then it swings!

But don't worry, on colder days they won't be quite so generous with the water! -- Last edited by Ben Mills
