My experience with the Backlot Express was commendable. They still have the 1/3 lb burgers, but they come with a twist! We generally choose this counter service every few trips to Hollywood Studios. Never a bad experience, and the CM's are always friendly, even on hectic days! - David Bradley

This (along with electric umbrella) is my favorite counter service restaurant in WDW. Food has always been fresh, free refills, great fresh toppings and sauces and indoor AND outdoor seating. Ive never seen this place packed to the point we couldn't sit down. I don't think a lot of people know it exists! Top pick for counter service at DHS. - Terri Pierce

Burger and fry stand...too typical to be anything but mediocre. - Brandie S

Good choices here. Let's face it though, anyone who rates this place an 8 or higher is eating quite a bit of fast food. - Mike Burnette
