Readers' Opinions
Good show but we have seen it done in a far more spectacular fashion in a theatre touring production. - Mark Moore Good. Contains most of the musical fare from the original film, as well as some interesting choreography and set design. A nice micro-Broadway escape from the crowds, although my favorite song, "Gaston", is not present. - Joshua Counsil This is a very nice show based on one of the greatest animated film ever. The singing and acting are really good making this show a must see at the Studios. Though this show isn't completely indoors it does have a large shade that blocks the sun making this a good bet when the weather is hot. This show is also very popular so make sure to get there at least 15 minutes in advance to get a seat. - Manny Barron Okay show, but not a must see - Dan Rosenberg I can wrap up my problems with this show in one sentence. "In a series of strange and unusual events, Belle finds herself at a castle." WHAT? The "series of strange and unusual events" IS the story of Belle. This show would be nearly impossible to recreate since quite a few of the characters are animated household items, but still ... it was disappointing. They don't include LaFue or Maurice ... neither character exists in this version. Disappointing. - Mickey Fan For someone who doesnt really like B&B, this is a very good production. - Michael Newsom I give nothing but high praise to this "can't miss" show. - Wilfredo Alvelo
