Mama Melrose's looks like an Italian-American neighborhood restaurant of the 1930s, with bare wooden floors, red-and-white checkered tablecloths, and grapevines hanging from the rafters.

House Specialties include bruschetta, crispy calamari, penne alla vodka, spicy Italian sausage, and various flatbreads.

A good place to go and eat to get away from the typical park food that seems to plague this themepark. - Brandie S

Typically we go to the Sci-Fi Drive-In restaurant for lunch when we go to DHS, but we decided we were going to go to DHS too late and I couldn't get reservations, so we got a reservation for lunch here. It was surprising; we didn't think it got a whole lot better than Sci-Fi in DHS, so we were pleasantly surprised. The cast members were extremely nice and attentive, and the food was delicious and filling. Definitely strongly suggest this restaurant. - Eric Malone
