Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing LightsAbout Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing LightsDisney World's largest holiday light display runs from mid-November through December on the Streets of America in Disney's Hollywood Studios. First built by the Osborne family of Little Rock, Arkansas on and around their family home, the Osborne light display grew to more than one million lights. Disney brought the display to Walt Disney World when it grew too large for the Little Rock neighborhood, and now in includes more than five million lights. The display lights each evening at dusk (usually around 6 pm) and remains lit until park close. Every few minutes, the lights "dance" to musical accompaniment. -- Last edited by Robert Niles Photos from Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing LightsReaders' Opinions |
