Featuring muffins, brownies, cookies, cold sandwiches and a coffee bar.The Blue Ribbon Bakery will close in January 2012, to be replaced by the Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe in the old Plaza Pavilion building on the hub. The Blue Ribbon Bakery's space will be divided between the Carnation Cafe and the Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor, both of which will expand.
