Walt's is Disneyland Paris' premier table-service restaurant, offering several menus and a la carte selections in an series of elegant dining rooms set above Main Street.

The three-course Classic Selection Menu (40.40 euro as of July 2012) offers the following choices.

For the starter:
Crab tartar with sesame wafer
Gazpacho and a cucumber-feta smoothie
Walt's Gourmet Selection: The crab, the smoothie, and smoked salmon

For the main course:
Walt's Gourmet Burger: served with pan-fried foie gras and waffle fries
Grilled filet of Charolais beef: with new potatoes, heirloom vegetables and Bearnaise sauce
Chicken breast: with mashed potatoes and preserved lemon sauce

For the dessert:
Milkshake with brownie and vanilla ice cream
Fruit ministrone, with a red fruit smoothie
Walt's Gourmet Selection: Creme brulee, warm chocolate cake, fruit salad and a mini macroon

The Menu offers (33.99 euro for three courses, 28.99 euro for two) these choices:

For the starter:
Asparagus and arugula salad with goat's cheese and chorizo
Caesar salad with grilled chicken, hard-boiled egg and tomatoes
Vegetable tart with trio salad

For the main course:
Cod steak with spinach salad and vegetables
Grilled sirloin steak, with roasted new potatoes, salad and Bearnaise sauce
Vegetable risotto

For dessert:
French toast with spice bread and cinnamon ice cream
Warm chocolate cake with brownie ice cream
Creme brulee with chocolate covered pecan chips

All selections are available a la carte, as well.

Walt's is a little gem in the Disneyland Paris park. Few people realize that the park has these fine dining options and when they do notice once in the park, they didn't reserve a table. Since Walt's is not all that big it is really neccesary to reserve a table (it's on the first floor on Mainstreet, or the second if you are from the states). The restaurant consists of several rooms all themed to the different 'lands' that the park has to offer, decorated with some beautifull antiques and concept art from the design phase of the park. With some luck you could catch a parade from your seat when you have a window seat. - Dominique Mol
