About Shockwave

Europe's first stand up rollercoaster. The £4 million white-knuckle ride of a lifetime whirls passengers to a dizzy height of 120 feet, then swirls them through nearly four times the force of gravity in a series of loops, corkscrews and turns - including a heart-line spiral unique to this type of coaster. Now drayton manor have painted the in line roll blue along with the double corkscrews .The lift hill, loop and the drop still needs painting terribly and the ride is showing its age and has become very rough over the past few seasons -- Last edited by Neil Preece
