Cyclone

Roller coaster
Minimum height to ride: 48 inches

About Cyclone

Let me go on record, this is one of the best coasters in Australia. It is fast, well paced, and I quite like the way that its inversions (Vertical loop, sidewinder) are towards the end of the ride. But the whole experience is really bad. The problem with the Cyclone is queue house; which is based on the rather strange notion that people enjoy walking around in circles. Once the ride is over, its well over 5mins before you can get past the on-ride photo store. The ride requires about a full km of walking, and the ride is not good enough to warrent so much walking. It'd be great to just walk up to this ride and get on, but thats not the case and that's a shame to, because this is a good ride.

Not a bad coaster, but just a bit bland. It just doesn't have the excitement of the other thrill rides in the park. 7/10 - Robert Brimelow
