I do not understand why Disney would go all out on creating quality dining experiences from around the globe and then create something so weak to showcase the United States. People come from around the globe to Epcot. Disney has the opportunity to showcase things that are truly American. Why not make it a backyard BBQ setting or something of that nature instead of a walk up burger and chicken finger joint. Maybe this will evolve. - Mark Hollamon
