The Raven, Holiday World's first wooden roller coaster, was built in 1995. The Custom Coasters International creation features an 85-foot drop in a deep-woods setting, a high-speed turn over Lake Rudolph, a 120-ft tunnel and a top speed of 48 mph.

Currently The Raven is the 12th best wooden coaster on the planet according to Amusement Today (2011).

While Raven may be the least intense of Holiday World's coasters, it is still a really good ride. The coaster is full of airtime and, like Legend, takes advantage of its surroundings, incorporating a surprisingly large drop half-way through the ride. Additionally, while it's the oldest of Holiday World's woodies Raven is the smoothest of the three by far, probably due to its lower speed and smaller size. My main issue with Raven is that it's a short ride, about half the length of Legend and 1/3 of Voyage.
It's a fun ride through the woods. It's a little on the short side, though.
It was okay it wasnt the best though. I really liked how it used its terrain to enhance the experience.
